Since I installed Money Plus Deluxe, I get the following error message
several times a day: The instruction at "0x7c910e03" referenced memory at
"0x0000000". The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the
program.

Does anyone know what causes this problem?

I would check for a bad RAM stick.

A problem driver would be more likely.

What Ricktazdevil said. I missed the reference to memory locaton
"0x0000000". That DOES sound more like a driver problem. You might check
your system logs for error messages. There's no guarantee that you'll find
anything, but it's a start.

I ran in to the same issue when I messed with my DEP settings (under Vista).

Take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942485

Thank you Gary for this information. It was exactly what happened to me only
using XP Professional after installing Trend PC-Cillin Internet Security
2008. I had this happen once before and had forgotten what I did to get it
right again.

I'm just curious if you were able to correct the problem and how. I am
having the exact same error message and also run PC-cillin. I'm pretty
computer dangerous, so am nervous about changing things!

Thanks,

Last week same problem started occurring on my system. A few times a day,
exact same error message as reported by the OP, (The instruction at
"0x7c910e03" ...).

At about the time this began, I allowed the Google Updater to install Spyware
Doctor, which is part of the Google Pack
(http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_installer.html).

I removed Spyware Doctor and the problem hasn't happened since.

I'm not certain this is the exact cause and effect. Spyware Doctor when it
first ran, did something funky by copying a large group of dll files to a
newly created folder. I was suspicious of having all those DLLs copied when I
saw it happening, and figured some DLL might be mixed up or SD might have
affected one of them in some way. Uninstalling SD seems to have removed that
folder, because I can't find it anymore.
