Convert .txt and .xls to .qif ?

How can one convert .txt and .xls to .qif format?
My old bank statements are in .txt and .xls format and MS Money only
recognizes .qif format...

i just built a .vbs script that allows a conversion from text to .qif. it is very simple and requires some code modification. with some hacking this may work for you.
I used it to convert a bank statement. Like i said, it will work with any .txt file. it just requires making it work for your bank's file and data format.
