not enough security problem even though I got 128 update !!!

You need IE 3.02, it specificaly says don not use ie 4.0

Hi Muzo,

I tried and tried to figure out why this doesn't run for you but runs =
for me. I am also on 1581 and am using Money 98, however, I have a full =
retail build since I was part of that beta as well. I just finally =
figured it out <G>

Your problem is with the Trial version, not with the 128 bit encryption. =
The Trial version does not allow the online banking features to be used =
since it is only a 90 day version.

Here is what is posted as #2 on the Download Instructions page:

a.. Online banking and bill-payment are not enabled. Due to US State =
Department regulations, the strong encryption utilized by these services =
may not be exported outside the United States and Canada, and therefore =
