Online banking links halted

Until a few days ago, I had no problems retrieving online banking account
info. Now when I try to connect, I get this message:
"A communications error occurred. Please try your call again. If this
problem continues, try reinstalling Money from your original product disks."

When I try to add online banking to another account, I get this one:
"There was a problem retrieving the Online Services setup files. You can
try to connect again or cancel online setup."

I have reinstalled Money from the CD, but get the same messages. I can
"UPDATE INTERNET INFORMATION" from Money Home with no problems.

The banks won't help with connection problems and I couldn't find anything
at the Product Support site.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Lets try redownloading the latest SChannel.dll file and see if that takes
care of the problem.
