windows updating and downloading

please please if someone can help correct the error 800705B9--I keep getting
this when windows tell me its time to update my windows vista.

I have tried everything and I dont know what to do. If someone can shed
some light on this error, I will be greatly appreciated.

Q: Does Vista give you any different result for

net helpmsg 1465

BTW in case this about the WU client and not the WU catalog,
