We have an internet based program that is able to display addresses in
Mappoint 2004. However, it does not seem to work with Internet Explorer 8.
Is their a way to make this work?

From what point of view?
Is MapPoint on the clients end or the server?
How is the client seeing the map?
Does the client fail or the backend server?

Sorry to be so vauge and disapear for a bit. MapPoint is installed on the
client computer. Essentially, from Internet Explorer I would click on an
address and then MapPoint should pop up displaying the location of the
address on a map. It works in IE 7, but not in IE 8. When I clonk on the
address in IE 8 an error window pops up titled VBScript with the message of
MapPoint is not installed on your browser. I have checked my add-ons in IE8
and it appears the MapPoint has been enabled.
