Available Methods and descriptions

having hard time finding all the available methods and how to use them. C# -
.net

our software has been using mappoint 2004 for 5 years, and have had no
problems with 2006 and 2009 using it but now we need to get back in and don't
remember what was available and can't find documents. Any help would be
great!!!

Look at the helpfile that ships with MapPoint. The programming section
of this is actually well documented. Yes the examples use VB6 but any
competent programmer used to C# should have no problem converting to C#
usage. (for a wider range of languages then a knowledge of COM is useful).

Note that with MapPoint 2009 the documentation didn't really see an
update since 2006. It looks like a global find & replace was done
changing 2006 to 2009...

2006 added a couple of minor things. Perhaps the most useful is that the
Location object's Longitude and Latitude properties are set for all
valid Location objects. In 2002/4, these were only set if the Location
object was created from coords.
