My company just purchased another application which offers MP 2006
integration. We bought 5 additional MP 2006 licenses. What is the best way
to get the latest street data into MP 2006? Let's assume, at this point,
that it has to be MP 2006 to work with the other application. Any help is
appreciated! Thanks -h

MapPoint 2006 data is NOT updatable.
You'll have to wait for the next version.
