Export Email Address from Sent Items

I'm trying to export every email address that I've corresponded with
from my "Sent Items" folder in Entourage. I can't figure out how to
get these email addresses into a file format I can use (i.e., exe.,
txt., etc.) All I need is the "sent to" email address(s) from each
sent email. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
