Hi

I am using Office for Mac 2011.

I want to send "an outline document in Word" to "Powerpoint".

After I click "Send to Microsoft Powerpoint", on my Powerpoint side, I
got an error message:
"PowerPoint can't open the type of file represented by present.rtf"

What's wrong here?

How to fix this?

Thanks.

"dstdst123", I was going to try your steps and see what happened,
but I can't find "Send to Microsoft PowerPoint" in Word 2011. I
have some "Share" options in the File menu, but no "Send to" options.
I can't even find anything about "Send to" in the Help menu. Is it
possible that MS has discontinued those options? Where are you finding
them?
