Search for Proofing
in Help (must be online).
Latin spell checking is available for Apple apps if you install CocoAspell and download the appropriate dictionary.
That's about all I remember from my Latin classes :-)
And you are quite correct: Latin proofing tools are not available from
Microsoft for any of its applications, Mac or PC.
