I have exactly the same problem and receive the same error message. I see that there have been no replies for fixing the issue. Did you ever resolved your problem ?

The message you REPLIED to dates back to January of this year -- even if the
OP ever did get the issue resolved the odds are rather high that the version
of Office/OS X & other circumstances were completely different & do not
apply to your current situation. Just because the symptoms may be similar
does not mean that the *cause* or *cure* are "exactly the same".

Please submit a NEW message including your specific OS X & Office update
information as well as a detailed description of the problem(s) you're
experiencing & the conditions under which they occur. That way responders
can focus on your personal circumstances & help you get it resolved more
quickly.

Yeah, Bob's right: The crash log you quote applies to a different computer
and a different operating system. It tells us nothing about yours.

See the line that reads " Application Version: 12.1.0.080409"? To
understand your problem, we need the last six digits from your machine. If
they ARE "080409" that tells us that you're two updates behind the game and
no wonder it's crashing :-)

Also: You cut that report off before it told us exactly what the OS numbers
are: we need that too.

Cheers
