How can I add a drop down box or a date picker to the template that I am creating for class?

The types of Fields/Controls available can be found on the Forms Toolbar
(View> Toolbars> Forms). There is no "date picker"... If you're thinking of
the Calendar Control available in Windows Office, that is an ActiveX
Control. ActiveX is not implemented or supported on Macs.
