How can I block senders in Entourage? I wish for their emails not to reach a junk mail folder but to be deleted on the server and or for them to get a bounce back email. Mail can do this and not sure if Entourage can also. John

Can't Connect Entourage 2008 to Exchange 2007

Ahhhhhhhhh!! I'm pulling my hair out over this issue!!! I am using a hosted Exchange 2007 service using Entourage:mac 2008. I CAN access Exchange mail via Outook Web Access. Entourage 2004 forces windowserver restart when inputting text

This problem started immediately after I upgraded from Tiger to Snow Leopard. When entering text into the body of a message (email or news posting), or subject line, or email address line, or address book, Entourage "crashes". Notification sound not working

In my preferences everything looks fine... Sound set is "Default"...but none of my notification sounds are working...all my other computer sounds work fine....any suggestions...?? Mac OSX 10.5.8 Entourage 12.0.0

Total loss of account

I have no idea what happened, but when I returned from vacation...with my IMAC off, my comcast account was gone. I had to re establish the account. I also lost my address book. It was as if I had reinstalled Entourage from scratch. Any thoughts as to what I may have done...was there an update that wiped it... more »

Event invitation auto-delete bug in 2008

Ever since I upgraded to 2008, event invitations are automatically deleted from my inbox whenever I accept or decline them. 2004 did not have this bug/bad-feature. Is there any way to turn this unwanted/ interfering help off? Now, I wouldn't mind if they were automatically deleted AFTER the event occurs, but certainly not beforehand.... more »

I keep getting the same messages: Microsoft Entourage or Excel wants to us the font ³Cambria² on the volume ³johnharrison². This font is not installed Allow Microsoft Excel to use this font? I then check the box do not ask me again and click on Allow. This message continues to repeatedly pop up and for many of the other fonts... more »
