I have a lot of e-mails that I would like to keep but would like to
save them into either a secure area (protected by a password) or
archive them into a folder that I can keep on (CD) disk.

Am I able to to do this with Entourage? I would prefer to save en
masse rather than one at a time.

Thanks for the help...

There's no way to password-protect Entourage data except to use the OS
multiple user feature, which is explained in Mac Help.

You can archive Entourage data to a CD. One way is to copy the entire
Microsoft User Data folder, which will archive all of your Entourage data.
(2001) HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data
(X) HD/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data

Another way is to simply drag mail folders from the Entourage folder list to
the Desktop. This archives all messages in the folder into an MBOX file.
You can then write the MBOX file to a CD, and import it back into Entourage
by just dragging it back in.
