Does anyone know how to enable emails sent from Entourage to sync with
Exchange server so that the sent emails can be viewed in OWA or in
Outlook? Maybe this simply does not work.

Is it possible that this is being caused because of the similarity in
our OWA address and Exchange server address?

OWA address (what I would enter into a browser) =
https//:exchange.xyz.com/exchange

Exchange server (what I enter in Account Settings in Entourage) =
exchange.xyz.com/exchange

By default, your Exchange account in Entourage is fully synchronized
with your Exchange server. That includes the Sent Items folder.

If this is not happening for you then right-click or Control-click that
folder, select Folder Properties and click the Empty button to empty the
cache. You can also select the account itself and empty the cache for
all of your folders.

A final resort would be to use Entourage --> Switch Identity... to
create a new Entourage identity and set up your Exchange account again.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the ideas Bill. I tried all of that to no avail. I also
tried a fresh install of Office 2008 on a new laptop and am getting
the same result. Everything syncs except sent mail. I am in a multi
OS environment where I switch from OSX to Windows continually
throughout the day and I previously had been using Entourage and
Outlook simultaneously and didn't notice this glitch so am wondering
if this has something to do with the 12.1 update.

Maybe there is a patch to Exchange we are missing as described by this
