  <title type="text">Organizing contacts for iPhone Sync</title>

  Is there anyway to create folders in Entourage so that I can separate &lt;br&gt; Clients for Personal. When I sync with my iPhone all contacts come across &lt;br&gt; into one folder. I have been able to do this in Outlook by creating &lt;br&gt; subfolders in contacts and when I sync my iPhone and then have my contacts &lt;br&gt; separated. I canï¿½t seem to figure this out with Entourage.

  The searches are performed through Spotlight. I suspect the database &lt;br&gt; wasn&#39;t properly reindexed after the rebuild. &lt;br&gt; Use the Entourage preferences to force-reindex the database. &lt;br&gt; Corentin

  I use a convention of labeling certain incoming messages if they need &lt;br&gt; action, so I can later search for everything that carries this label. &lt;br&gt; (GTDers will recognize this.) &lt;br&gt; I then created a Saved Search where: &lt;br&gt; [Match all criteria if] [Category] [Is] [Current] &lt;br&gt; This used to work perfectly. The only way I know to do this now is to forward your Hotmail to Gmail. &lt;br&gt; They offer IMAP accounts. Gmail can receive as individual folders.
