Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hi.

I run the home edition of the Office 2008 for Mac on my iMac.
But when it comes to Entourage, I run the "real" version with Exchange connection. The service provider where I have my Exchange hosted (sherweb.com) have provided me with this version.
This means that within office, Entourage has one PID but the other applications another PID.
Some how I managed to make this co-exist.

But when I tried to do the same on my new PowerBook things went really wrong. Either it can't find the database or it just don't start... all applications affected.

Is there a way to make this work?

Because of this I have not dared to install any Office updates no my iMac because of the risk of bad things happening.

n addition, This means that I cannot download the Web Services Edition... which tested as beta member.

Any help?

Best / Michael

The only info we have on this is posted in this article by a user. Microsoft
doesnt support this arrangement.
