Entourage - IMAP - only inbox downloads messages locally and remain there when offline.

A new IMAP account upon launch has to re-download all folder emails with the exception of the “inbox”. How do I fix this so that I do not need to be online to view other mailboxes, such as “sent” or “drafts”?
*I have a second IMAP account that I’ve used with Entourage (different hosting company) where this works as it should and has worked fine for years. I’ve tried to set up the new account similarly, but it still needs to download all emails (w/ exception of the inbox) upon startup once I’m online.
