Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop When I mark "send" in an email it sends directly. I would like all my outgoing emails to go to Outbox and to be sent when I mark "send/receive". Is that possible?

You want the "Send Later" button. If it's not on your toolbar now, you
can add it when viewing a message you want to send and choosing View >
Customize Toolbar.

In addition to Adam's answer: if you place the messages in the outbox,
using the method Adam described, make sure there is no "Send & Receive
All" schedule running, as it will send any messages in the outbox at
pre-defined time intervals. To disable or change this schedule, go to
Tools>Schedule and make the necessary modifications.
