Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel entourage crashes at the print screen in calendar. I can print just fine in the mail portion -- only happens in calendar. it started last night after i set up custom paper size and fooled with the margins. Is there a factory settings restore that would remove this custom paper size. I presume that is the problem because it started after that was established.

Can you select “Standard” in the print window?

Since it’s only the Calendar, create a new Identity and see if printing crashes there. This will identify if the problem is in your Identity or in the Finder.

If it fails there, create a new User.

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Test printing there.

Let me know what you find.

I recently had this problem as well. I was unable to find a factory settings restore.

When I tried to print the dialog box appeared very briefly (about a second) before I received the error message which proceeded to close Entourage.

I was, after a few attempts, able to click on the "edit form" button (toward the bottom right hand corner of the print dialog box). This was the button I had used originally to change the margin/form settings.

Once I was able to click this, the program did not crash and I could restore the settings to appropriate ones the program understood.

I have been able to print without any trouble after this. I had originally changed the settings without thinking of the parameters of the page and, therefore, the settings I chose did not make sense (i.e. width at zero, when the page width obviously cannot be zero) It might be helpful to keep that in mind in the future.

I hope this helped!
