Syncing Entourage 2008 with Palm OS

I have upgraded from Office X and used the conduit to sync Entourage with my Palm phone. I have been searching for info on how to sync the 2 in 2008, but only see references to 2004 and isyncing with mac programs ical, mail, etc. Is that the best way to do it now? Can someone point me to info on syncing Entourage 2008 with Palm OS?

You can set up Palm syncing in the iSync application that comes with the
Mac OS X system. A Palm conduit is no longer made by Microsoft for syncing.

Thank you. I think the way to do this is to set Entourage 2008 to sync with iSync via Microsoft Sync Services, and then iSync to palm

My iSync works between Entourage the program and iCal, but doesn't sync with my Palm device (Centro). Had no problems with Office2004, but as soon as I made the upgrade the with conduit settings inactive. It appears I'm up the creek. Any thoughts?
