OWA forwarded email appears blank using Entourage 11.2.3

Hello.

I believe I have a new issue.

My environment.

Exchange 2003 sp2
Entourage 11.2.3
Outlook 2003 sp2

Also, we just applied this Exchange fix
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=911829 on our Exchange servers over
the weekend.

Here is the list of events that produces the issue.

1. Outlook 2003 user sends a new email with link to a website.
2. OWA user opens email and forwards email to Entourage user.
3. Entourage user opens email but message body is blank. Check source
of email and links appear in source.

I verified the issue by testing with a new email message also.

Has anybody else run into this issue? Is there a known fix?

See the thread "Problem viewing HTML in Entourage". OWA is creating
malformed HTML after a patch at the end of April. We're hoping that MS will
create a patch for the patch. There is a workaround in the thread, but it's
not attractive.

Thanks for the info. I called support and uninstalled the patch.
Entourage users are 'seeing' the message bodies again.

I've tried the work-around and it does not work for me. The Auto Text Clean
Up option is always grayed out. What misstep am I taking?
