デバイスの設定、同時の開始でエラーがでてきます。

・デバイスの設定で完了をクリックするとエラーメッセージがでてきて、「現時点で同時設定を変更することはできません。後でもう一度実行してください。」となり、webヘルプをクリックで詳細として＜COOD11EF>とでます。どうしたらよいでしょうか？
・同時の開始をクリックすると、「デバイスへのファイルの同時中にＷＭＰに問題が発生しました。詳細についてはwebヘルプをクリックしてください。」となり、クリック後＜ＣＯＯＤ１２３６＞が表示されます。同期できないのでとても不憫です。どうしたらいいでしょうか？

問題となっている環境と状況をできるだけ具体的に詳しく説明してください。

問題となっている Windows Media palyer のバージョン。
Windows の バージョン、 Edition、 Service Pack の適用状況。
同期を試みている機器のメーカ名、 モデル名、 型番号、 接続方法。
実行されている同期の手順の具体的な詳細。
などを提示してください。

この Error Code は C00D1236 ではなく、 COOD1236 で正しいものでしょうか？

この問題は、 問題の機械で、 新たに同期を試みて、
その当初から発生している問題でしょうか？
あるいは、 これまで問題なく同期を取ることができた環境で、
ごく最近になって発生した問題でしょうか？

Error Code が C00D1236 である場合、

Error C00D1236 virtually always indicates one of two things:

1) The device is trying to sync hidden files--are there any? Try
play_louder's method and see.
2) There is licensed media that is being synced, and the license is either
corrupt or has expired. If you have any licensed media, then try going back
to where you purchased it (in an iTunes-like music management program? In
WMP?) and refresh/renew the license

と言うことのようです。

まず、 同期を試みている File をすべて 同期から解除して、
確実に DRM などが存在しない File のみを幾つか選んで同期を試みて、
同様の現象が再現するか確認されてみてはいかがでしょうか。
