I have the same problem, although I opened 1000-6000, 1026-2945, 1117-5190,
41000-50000 and even 21 all for both directions.
It would be nice to hear 'a second opinion' :-)

i have tried different ways and the only solution is to shut down the ftp
access.
The problem with that solution is you have ftp access or audiogalaxy access
but not both.
