Subject: IE7 with OWA 2003
Every time I hit send on Premium OWA 2003, IE7 crashes.  I hit send feedback,
hopefully it will fix the problem.  If not, any other ideas?

If you have the OWA S/MIME control installed, please uninstall it and report
back the results.

Thanks Neo, that fixed the problem.  However, now I can't use any of the
S/MIME things I need to do my work.  Are they going to release this as an
Exchange fix or was it already released as one that I need to click on again
in the options tab on OWA?

Is this done on the server end or the end-user end? If the end-user end, how
do I uninstall the OWA S/MIME?

Will a patch be issued by Microsoft? Currently, 6000 employees of my company
use OWA. I can't imagine them all having to uninstall the S/MIME control.

End user via Add/Remove Programs.

Yes, you can call Microsoft Product Support and ask about KB 924334.
