I have received an email with a file named FRMAIN.VOI attached. I think it
is a voice email file but the Windows Media Player doesn't seem to
understand the format. Does anybody know what program can be used to play
this file ? The extension VOI is not currently associated with any program
on my system. I have MS Voice, MS Phone and MS Exchange but these programs
do not seem to be able to play the file. (I have tried asking the sender of
the file, but he seems to be out of town)

Thanks for any help

Bill, VOI doesn't compute here either. <g> Best guess would be to rename
as .VOC and try....otherwise ask the poster to resend in another format.

I have an IBM Aptiva, with the Aptiva Communication
Center(used for faxes, voice mail, and ans. machine) and it saves
certain files, like my greeting with the .voi extension. Changing it
to .wav or .voc does not help. The only thing that I can play them is
thru ACC.
