Load different data in Infopath form depending on Link??

Hi,
We are running SharePoint 2003.
I have a SharePoint List with 250 items of data in 25 kolumns and I have an Infopathform.
List column headernames match the Infopath form textboxes name.
I have an process application with 250 different processes (descrided in the SharePoint List).
On each process in my application I want to have a link to the Infopath Form.
But, if I klick the link to the form when I am on process 25 in my application, I want the form to open and load data into the form from process 25 in the SharePoint List.
if I klick the link to the form when I am on process 113 in my application, I want the form to open and load data into the form from process 113 in the SharePoint List.
Is this possible?
Can I somehow add some tag to the link pointing to the InfoPath form to make it load the data I want from the List.
Any thoughts about this.
