Some users can use form other can't

Hello, I built a form where my associates fill out and submit data throughout
the day.

However, 14 out of 39 people, are getting an error message when they try to
submit their form stating "InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
InfoPath cannot connect to the data source.
InfoPath has encountered an error. The operation failed."

Any suggestions why some of my analyst's are able to use the form just fine
and the rest cannot submit? The form is stored under one location that
everyone can access.

Maybe everyone can access the file (they are able to open it), but
does everyone has write permissions?
Also is this location in SharePoint? Maybe an issue with checkin/out?

Just random thoughts, but we can start from here :)
