IIS anon acess and NTFS folder resource

Help! Server: Windows server 2k3, Client: XP Pro

I am trying to set up a website that allows anon access but uses a specific
service account to access a NTFS folder resource. I have tried playing with
service accounts, IUSER and IWAM but can't get the correct configuration.

Any suggestions?
