Globalscape FTP Server

Hi guys,
we are having problem with our FTP service(Globalscape FTP Servive) which
is running on 2 NLB cluster servers.
Clients normally pick up files using their FTP clients software.
Now we are having problems with Globalscape FTP service,it stops
automatically.To get around the problem we need kill the process to re-start
the Gobalscape service.
in the past even if the "Default Application Pool" goes down it comes online
automatically.
this is the error message we are getting "WEB01 FTP Svc[service] is down"
followed with "UKNLAWEB01 FTP DIP-URL[ftp: qa] is down".
please anybody give me some light on it.
