error 404 - urlscan - please advise

I run IIS 5.0 on w2k standard with sp 4 and IISLocdown.
When I create virtual directory with number for AI2 with
xls files and I try to access this directory I am getting
404 files not found error. If I rename the directory to ai
I can access xls without any problem.

I don't use DNS for name resolution only netbios.
