I would suspect that the application has thrown an unhandled exception. Two
suggestions:

1. Is there anything recorded in the application event log which ties up to
this?

2. Is the web-application one of yours or is it supplied by a third party?
In any event you will probably need to forward this to the original
developer/provider of the failing web-app for them to sort out.

HTH.

Anything just before this? There might well not be, but if there is then it
might be relevant because it might give an indication of why it is crashing.

Otherwise (and probably even with this), you will need to contact whoever
provided your web-app "WebUI" as it is their application which is crashing
on you.
