I have a web site running with SSL 128 bit encryption. It
seems like it is taking too long to load the page and some
time give the error page cannot be display. Refresh brings
back the page.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Background:
The web site is behind the firewall and the access goes
through VPN.
