Programmatic support to Certificate Services

Hi,

We have planned to use client certificates issued from Microsoft
Certificate Server. I have tried using browser based client of
certificate server to request for client certificate. Is there a
programmatic support for requesting a client certificate?

Any help or pointer to this would be best appreciated.
