Here is a list of all the filters I know of that will work with PSP that are
free. There must be about 15 emboss filters. There is also one built into
PSP 5 as well as a UserDefined filter in the manuals that works really good.

While I have your ear, I know there is a filter with another program that
does the raised embossing as I've done on this background. Do you know if
it will work with PSP 5 and where it is available?

This is easy enough to do with just the cutout and drop shadow effects. I
even made a pattern that could be filled with any color. But, I'm curious
to see how that emboss filter works. I've seen some in the NG use it but I
can't remember whom.

Any info you have is most appreciated. :-)
