In the Employee Attendance Maintenance window, are the Hours To Date (& Days To Date, Weeks To Date) a life to date number or do they reset each year? If they reset, how does that happen? Thanks for all replies.

Hello: I installed Crystal XI on a Windows Server 2008 machine. When I try to launch it, I get the message saying "Crystal Reports has stopped working". Any ideas on how to fix? I tried repairing, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. childofthe1980s

Does Smartlist have max # of records it looks at?

I created a report through SmartList builder and when I run it, the information stops at 12/7/09. It does not show the rest of the year regardless of what date criteria I use. I then created a similar SQL query and made a new SmartList from that query. Again the information stops at 12/7/09. Is there a maximum number of records that SmartList will look at?... more »

Hi, We have a customer vendor relationship set up incorrectly. GP doesn't allow me to edit the relationship or create a new one. How can I fix this? Any help is much appreciated.

Closing purchase order affects prior year

If a purchase order is closed when the quantity received hasn't been fully invoiced, GP will make a G/L adjustment to revalue the inventory based on the actual amount paid for the goods (which makes sense - your inventory should be valued at the price paid, not at what it was ordered at).
