Transaction by Vendor is showing all amounts of $0.00 but Transaction by Document has the information showing for original and unapplied amounts. It is for one user. What would cause this?

This problem may occur if you pressed CTRL+O on the keyboard instead of pressing CTRL+P. (CTRL+P is a keyboard shortcut that is used to print the information in the financial inquiry window.)
You can view the originating currency in the financial inquiry windows. However, you can change the view in the financial inquiry windows by pressing CTRL+O on the keyboard. (This behavior occurs even if you are not registered for multi-currency.)
To resolve, press CTRL+U to switch the view back to the functional currency view in the affected financial inquiry window.
Have a great day!
