PO printing

Hi,

We are using Dynamics 9.0. The POP Purchase Order Blank Form had been
modified and have been working for several years. In the select Destination
we marked the Screen and Printer to print the PO.
But after the IP migration where we changed the IP address of the Dynamics
server, when they print the PO the page header does not appear in the
printout and only 1 item is being displayed even if there were 2 or more
items. But if I select only the Screen in the Destination then click the
Print button after displaying it in the screen the PO report is printing all
the information. I even changed the page orientation in report writer to
printer setting but still the printout is missing some parts.
Is there someone who encounters this weird error? Please advise.

Your "weird" error can only be explained in one way: you are pointing to the
wrong reports dictionary.

I checked the reports dictionary and it is in mapped to the correct location
which is in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Reports.dic
