Strangely, I can't seem to locate the Sales Multiple Orders to
Invoices Transfer window from Transactions > Sales > Transfer Multiple
Orders. We are on GP 10.0 Advanced Management.

Hi BinAdam,
Check your Registration and make sure Advanced Distribution is registered.
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > System > Registration.

Advanced Distribution is not registered. I thought it came as part of
the Advanced Management product edition.

But it seems Advanced Distribution is now a part of the Distribution
Suite. It is an a la carte suite for Dynamics GP Advanced Management
and needs to be purchased in addition to base functionality.
