Resubmit: Menu items are black

I am using Frontpage 2002 on Win98 and have not had any
problems till now. I modified some web pages and when I
look in normal and preview they look fine. However, when
I upload them they appear as black bars now. HELP!

I reinstalled Frontpage just to check. My site is at
yellow-brick-road-gallery.com to see this problem. My
html code is below if that helps:

Many users report the same problem, and using either the windows default screen (video) driver or reinstalling the current driver
for your video card seems to cure the problem (especially NVIDIA cards)
