I think it'd need to be a Preference in FP, of which there isn't one of that
there but maybe some fp hacker dood could figure it out but i doubt there'd
be much reason to since EWD is coming soon to a theater near you. (how's
that for a run-on fragmented pre-caffeine Sunday morning sentence?)

Close FrontPage.
Run Regedit and go here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Editor
In the right panel, right click on the Value Name:
Default Add Image Directory
and select modify.
In the next dialog, clear the entry in Value Data and add:
C:\My Documents\My Pictures
Close regedit and reopen FrontPage.
Be advised:
1. selecting an image this way will "Not" import it into your website
2. It will most likely create links in your web that point to your hard drive and as a
result your images will show fine in Preview and Preview in browser, but they will "Not"
publish to the server when you publish your web, therefore resulting in image place
holders ( boxes with little red X's ) in your published website.
3. This setting may be changed by FrontPage the next time you insert an image from a
valid web site.
