Can the program be "Set-Up" and downloaded from my web
site or sent via email if it is around 3-4 meg?

I agree with Nico. You need to choose Web Setup in the Setup Wizard. This
makes a single, compressed Setup.exe that is made for downloading over the
web. Place this on a share and configure your FTP sharing and security.
Other than the mode of sharing the file (Web-based versus LAN), it is
really no different than sharing the file and installing it over a LAN.
I hope this helps.

What do you mean by "Place this on a share and configure
your FTP sharing and security"?
I use Frontpage to develop or edit my website and upload
from there. Is this merely copying all the files to a
Frontpage page and uploading to my site? If so, would the
end user run setup from there or copy and paste all the
files on that page to their machine and then run setup?
Hope this makes sense.

They would normally run the Setup.exe from the FTP site. However, they
could copy the Setup.exe locally and run it. This might be a better option
if they have a very slow modem connection.
I do not know enough about FrontPage and setting up FTP or Web sites to
answer your other questions. You have many things to look at, the most
important being security for your site.
You probably need to post to another newsgroup for that kind of
information. That is not VFP specific.
I hope this helps.

I did attach each one of the 9 files to an email. It
emailed very quickly and apparently was det up very
easily. However, this program was very small 3-4 megs and
not like most robust programs.
So, if my ISP provider instructs me on how to up load the
9 files I referred to above, then others can run the setup
from their specific machines?
If I simply provide the 9 files to others who want to run
it on the web, they would need to get with their ISP
provider to make it work on their respective sites?
Thanks for your help
