Install: file esetup.dll "missing or damaged"

Why does the installation abort with the message:
"webdesigner.ww\esetup.dll is missing or damaged" ?

The program installs OK on my laptop but not the desktop, which is
configured similarly: Windows XP, similar memory and HD space.

I've installed ASP.NET 2.0 and have Frontpage 2002 on the machine. I've
turned off virus software and firewalls but still can't get past this error
on the installation.

I am trying to instll a Blackberry desktop but it will not get past windows installer. There is no error message it just stops. Ran dial-a fix and got the above error about esetup.dll
Please help

For Blackberry installations I suggest a newsgroup or forum that knows about
Blackberries or Windows Installer.
