Expression Studio 3 install errors

Has anyone ever run into the following error when attempting to install
Expression Studio 3?

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Cannot convert
string

'System.Windows.Media.ImageSource'. Configuration system failed to initialize

I have the same issue when trying to run the setup. Instead I tried to
install each included software (Web, Blend etc) one by one. It runs smoothly
all the way to the end where status is: Installing licenses where a rollback
action occurs and installation is interrupted.

Any ideas?
