i have just resigned from my position at work and have a gut feeling that
emails that are being sent to me are also automatically being sent to my
Managing Director and CFO. How can I prove this and how can I check which
email senders they have blocked from sending me messages

If you are an end user, there is really no mechanism for you to tell.
But I wouldn’t be surprised if they are doing this. Its fairly standard
procedure in many companies.

Yup. And since the OP resigned it would be normal to tell friends/family
ahead of time that the work email address was soon to be off limits.
