OWA Not Syncing with Outlook Calendar

Using office 2003 and 2007 - When a user adds a calendar event via owa it
does not sync to their outlook. I can see the calendar event if I uncheck
"Exchange Cache Mode". I delete the ost file recreate it and the calendar
entry does not show.. I having Exchange 2003

Is this happening to all users? You mention both OL2003 and 2007.
Is everything up to date - server and clients on all latest SPs. updates,
etc?
Does an item added in Outlook make it to OWA?
How about a contact or task in OWA ...does it show up in Outlook?

Hello,
Yes it is working when you add a contact from the local machine, the user
can see it in owa. When we add a contact in owa we see it in outlook. Seems
to be re-ocurring calendar events that are entered in owa do not show in
outlook
