Accidentally applied Exchange Post-SP3 August Patch - What could happen?

Hi there,

What would happen if we leave the system running about 5 week-days on this
August Post-SP3 patch,
we then uninstall this patch and will apply the September Post-SP3?

What really could happen withint this 5 week-days if system running on the
August Post-SP3 patch?
