emails not arriving or being sent problem

Mailbox size and limits tool for technical support department 
  Hello, I want a tool for non administrators than obtain mailbox size and limits of domain users mailboxes. If I use a vbs, I have to include the users (support department) in local admins group of my exchange servers. If not, the script doesn't run. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

HELP The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error. 
  Ok I am not sure what I have done but I can no longer do much of anything in exchange. If I try to add a new user I get this message, If I try to connect a disconnected user I get this error. Exchange SCR 
  Exchange SCR question ... If I set up SCR with a non-clustered source and a non-clustered target, can SCR go both ways? In short, can both ends of SCR be used a the source and the target? Exchange 2007 - SCR - Logs not Truncating on Target 
  I have a setup for 2 Exchange 2007 servers that are doing SCR. My problem is that the Target machine is not truncating the logs, it is however replaying the log file with any problems. How to tell calendar item posted date? 
  Hey everyone, We are running a Windows 2003 domain and Exchange 2003 w/sp2. Your users are using Outlook 2003. Anyone know of a way to tell the date an apt. was put on a calendar? Server-side rules 
  Is there a tool or script that will traverse through all the mailboxes on a given server and list all the server side rules associated to that mailbox. Does such a tool exist and is this even feasible? I want to turn of auto-forwarding to the Internet, but I have to show management numbers before I can advance to the next step.... more »

Failed starting a protocol 
  I am experimenting with Exchange 2003, and for some reason, the POP3, IMAP4, NTTP protocols are not started. When I tried to start the protocol I got an error. Outlook Free/Busy shows 24/7 busy to others 
  I have two Outlook users on Exchange 2003 Server whose schedules show them as busy 24/7 when other users invite them to meetings - their own calendars look fine, account settings and Outlook options look fine. Anybody know what's going on here? Thanks in advance...
