Using Exchange Server 2010 RTM I'm getting error

Unable to create Group Metrics distribution share.
Share: GroupMetrics
Directory: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\GroupMetrics
Message: 00000842

The share does exist and there is data in the directory. Any ideas?

OK,

Fixed this one.

Set the service "Microsoft Exchange Service Host" to Automatic (Delayed
Start) and the error goes away.
